1. The vulcanizer is of B type (B.O.M) structure, single mode vulcanization, and its upper cross beam first rises vertically and then translates backwards in the mold opening movement. After the vulcanized tire is grasped by a robot, it is stored in the embryonic embryo in front of the device, and the finished tire is taken away and then the embryo is removed and the tire is attached.
2. The center uses Type B capsules.
3. The hydraulic tire lifting mechanism shall be used to grab the tires of the steel engineering radial tire embryos. Grasping the tire can be adjusted, the claws are short (8 claws), the gripping part should be smooth, and the claws should be rounded.
4. The carcassing agency is driven by hydraulic pressure.
5. The center body cylinder material is made of stainless steel, and the ring seat is made of high-sealing stainless steel material. The connection of the inner pressure inlet/outlet tube is connected with a self-sealing guide bush. The center mechanism uses a clip-ring connection for the chuck.
6. The movable mode control mechanism adopts hydraulic drive. The two-stage type piston rod of the movable modular water cylinder facilitates the disassembly of the movable mold.
7. Heating method: steamer type, hot plate type.
