Second, the process description

1. Pre-reaction part. The initiator and the catalyst are put into the pre-reactor together. The initiator and the water produced during the reaction are removed in vacuo. After the water content is qualified, the material is sent to the reaction unit after the temperature rise, and the vacuum is applied by a steam jet pump and a water ring vacuum system.

2. Addition reaction part. The reactor was previously replaced with nitrogen. Continue to fill with nitrogen. After a certain pressure is selected, the initiator is sent to the reaction vessel and circulated in a circulating pump; EO is sprayed from the top of the reactor, and reacted with the initiator to remove the heat of reaction. When the reactants reach a certain amount, another circulation pump is opened, EO is sprayed, and the reaction with the liquid phase is continued. The EO reaches the prescribed addition amount, and the circulation is continued for a certain period of time until the reaction is completed.

3. Neutralize and filter the part. The reaction product enters the neutralization kettle, and an appropriate amount of neutralizing agent is added. After the reaction, the water and the low molecular weight are removed by vacuum and cooled. The polymer product should be sent for filtration, and an appropriate amount of filter aid should be added.

4. Exhaust gas absorption part. The gas product from the reaction and neutralization unit is absorbed by a sulfuric acid solution at a certain temperature, and after reaching the standard, it is discharged into the atmosphere.
