Decontaminating and cooling pocess of up ? stage gas:us-stage gas fistly gets into electrical detarrer(1) whose work temperature is about go-150℃.In this part. heavy tar and dust are separated. Up-stage gas then gets intoindi-rect cooler. where the gas is cooled to 35-45℃.Firstly.dust is centrifugallyseparated from down-stage gas and gas temperatureis lowered to about 450-550℃; secondly .the gas comes into exhaust heating boiler to recove the gas sensible heat with the temperature dropping to about 180-220℃; thirdly. the gas temperature is dropped to 65-80℃ in for ced wind cooler; and finally. its temperature is lowered to 35-45℃ by circulatory cooling water in indirect cooler. then the up-stage gas is mixed with up-stage and gets into electrical deoiler (ll) tohave a second removing of oil and dust. the gas through dealing is pressure adder , separeted gas moisture by trap for water and finally supply to the user.
