The SH36D6 transmission assembly is a new product developed for the Shanghai Auto Group Co., Ltd. passenger car company compact car. The transmission has compact structure and strong applicability. It adopts a three-axis + reverse shaft structure and a forward gear of 6 gears. All gears adopt a slider-type synchronizer, and the synchronizer tooth ring taper surface adopts high-tech carbon fiber veneer. Synchronization efficiency increased by 15%. The transmission is a transverse front drive with a hydraulic actuator and electronic control system.
