MCH（MNS）system is a draw-out low voltage switch cabinet through adoption of standard module assembled by plant, conforms to IEC60439-1,GB7251.1,JB/T9661 and other low-voltage electrical standard. It applies to power supply and distribution system with AC 50（60）Hz, rated operational voltage being ≤660V, and rated current being below 5500A, to be used for distribution, switching and control of electric energy, and compensation of reactive power.
MCH（MNS）low voltage switchgear cabinet uses fixed technology and drawer technology. The framework and interior installation parts may adopt AI-Zn-plated steel sheet for machining; the technology of product is advanced, and the performance is reliable. It has been widely applied in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, municipal construction, building and other fields.
Features of main structures：
1、The framework is made from superior cold-rolled steel plate or imported AI-Zn-plated steel sheet after bending, as the minimum basic unit as per E=25MM module. Use 8.8 level of thread forming screws to assemble various structures and functional units for different cabinets.
1） Compact design: use smaller space to accommodate more functional units.
2） The structure has strong universality and the assembly is flexible: C-type section bar with 25 mm as module is capable to meet the requirements of various structure forms, protection level and service environment.
3） Designed utilizing standard module: may respectively constitute protection, operation, switching, control, adjustment, determining, indication, and other standard units, and user may choose and assemble it as required. Using more than 200 assembly parts may constitute cabinet frame structures and drawer units of different schemes.
2、Protection level
Enclosure protection class of product: IP3X（standard form）,IP31,IP4X,IP43,*IP5X and*IP54 (*since the level of protection is too high, please negotiate with the manufacturer)
3、Drawer unit
The width of draw-out switch is 1000, 800 and 600; the total installation height of drawer unit is 72E（E=25mm）, and each cabinet can hold 36 drawer units at most; the double operation cabinets can hold 72 drawer units at most.
The drawer unit has 7 types: 8E/4, 8E/2,8E,16E and 24E
