Z417 is a steam reforming catalyst with metal nickel as active component, potash as additive for resistance to carbon deposition. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry.

■ Proprietary techniques for potassium stabilization, ensure the catalyst a long service life by decreasing potassium loss rate.

Applications and operating conditions |
Suitable for the production of hydrogen, ammonia syngas and methanol syngas by using naphtha, LPG, refinery gas and natural gas solely or theirs mixture as feedstock. The catalyst should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes.
■ Temperature: 450～800℃
■ Pressure: Atmospheric～6.0MPa
■ Steam/Carbon ratio: >2.7
■ Carbon space velocity: 500～2000h-1 |

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:30kg(or customized as per customer´s demand).
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation.
