Switched Reluctance Driver system (SRD)
Switched Reluctance Driver system is the new generation drive system of stepless drive following DC motor drive, AC asynchronous motor variable-frequency drive. It is high-tech products of mechatronics based on modern microelectronics technology, digital technology, power electronics and modern control theory. Its comprehensive performance is higher than conventional drive systems.
It consists of two parts of the controller and the switch reluctance motor. The controller consists of embedded microprocessor, LSI, power devices of power electronics and software. The motor is doubly salient structure of stator and rotor. The rotor is made of silicon steel sheet and no winding and permanent magnets. The stator is wounded by centralized winding. The motor can be designed into different number of phases according to the requirement.

Features:
Large starting torque and low starting current. When Starting torque reached 150% of the rated torque, the starting current is only 30% of the rated current.
Frequent starts and stops, forward and reverse rotating, four-quadrant operation and regenerative braking.
The precise control of the position and speed can be realized, and it can run at low speed for a long period.
High efficiency, energy saving. In its wide speed range, its efficiency is at least 10% higher than conventional drive systems. The high efficiency is more pronounced under low speed and unrated load.
The controller has a multi - way digital, analog interface and RS232 communication interface. It can enable remote monitoring, and convenient dock with the PLC, computer and other external devices.
Simple motor structure, no winding and permanent magnet of rotor, high mechanical strength, strong overload capacity, long service life.

   •Requirement of AC:
   ——Voltage offset fluctuation<±15%, Short-term fluctuation doesn’t exceed±20%.
 ——The frequency fluctuation doesn’t exceed±5%, The rate of frequency change per second does not exceed ± 2%.
   •Requirement of DC:
——Voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rating, peak fluctuation of instantaneous voltage does not exceed 20%.
  ——DC voltage ripple ( peak - valley ) does not exceed 15 % of the rated voltage.
◎Torque
   Under rated voltage, the maximum torque of the motor in speed range of constant torque characteristic is not less than 130% of the rated torque. Usually below the rated speed is the constant torque characteristic area, above the rated speed is the area of constant power characteristics.
Under rated voltage, the starting torque of the motor is not less than 150% of the rated torque. Usually measured stall torque value as a starting torque.
   
◎Capability of overload
   In continuous operation at rated output current, it allows the applied of aperiodic overload. Under 1 / 3 rated speed, 150% rated torque can run two minutes. Under rated speed it allows 110% of rated load running one hour.

◎Speed stable accuracy
   When the motor is in continuous operation at a specified speed and the specified load and the supply voltage in a predetermined range changes, the speed stable accuracy of the motor is δ ≤ 0.1 %.
◎Rotation speed variation rate
   When the motor is running at a specified speed and the load changes from no-load (generally not more than 10% of the rated load) to the rated load, the change rate of motor speed is S ≤ 1 %.

 Speed range
    The minimum speed of the motor should be not more than 100r/min.
No special requirements, the maximum speed is set at 105% to 110% of the rated motor speed, this value is the speed controller set top-limit.
