    6V/12V Valve-regulated Sealed Lead-acid Battery
    Introduction
    Product performances accord with YD/T799-2002 and GB/T3821-2000 standards. Products for ship (CTM) have passed the type approval of China Classification Society.
    Applications
    It is applicable to UPS, storage of wind power and solar generation, telephone exchange, ship communication lighting, power station and other places requiring direct-current power supply.
    Features
    As the grid is made from high-grade high-tin low-calcium quaternary alloy for reducing the internal resistance of the battery and improving the deep-cycling performance and the life span of the battery, the battery is featured by excellent voltage consistency, high gas recombination, low self discharge, reliable sealing, etc.

    Lead-acid Battery for Electric Vehicle
    Introduction
    Lead-acid battery for electric vehicle developed and made by our company consists of tube-type battery and plate-type battery, and the performances of the products accord with GB/T7403-1996 standards.
    Applications
    It is suitable for golf carts, electric tourist coaches, electric cruisers and electro-tricycles as matching power direct-current power supply.
    In tube-type battery, the positive plate is tubular, and the negative plate is a pasted plate, the positive grid is made from high-stibium multi-component alloy, which increases the deep-cycling performance and the life span of the battery.
    The plate-type battery is provided with the pasted positive plate and the pasted negative plate, and has the following features:
    1. The grid is made from low-stibium seven-component alloy which obviously reduces the corrosion and water loss of the grid.
    2. By adopting foreign advanced technologies, the bond strength of the active materials with the grid is improved, and the life span of the polar plate is prolonged.

      Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (formerly Zibo Storage Battery Factory), founded in January 1944, is one of the earliest manufacturers developing and producing lead-acid batteries, the leading enterprise in domestic traction lead-acid battery industry, and a member unit of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.
