一．特点
1. 混砂流动性好，易于手工或机械填砂，铸件表面光洁度高，尺寸精度高。 较好的环保性能，作业时气味小，烟气少。
2. 可用于铸钢、铸铁、有色金属铸件的生产；固化性能优异，易于脱模，硬透性好，砂芯（型）常温及高温强度好。
3. 砂芯（型）易溃散、易再生，可减少原砂消耗。
二．使用方法
1. 配比
原砂（再生砂）：固化剂：树脂==100：树脂重量的0.3-0.6：0.7-1.5。
2. 混合配料方法
先将固化剂加入原砂中，混合30秒左右，再加入树脂在混合30秒以上时间出砂，以混匀为准。
3. 混合料配置完成后，请立即制芯或造型，以免混合料变粘，流动性变差而失效。
三． 包装与储存
铁通或塑料桶密封包装，净重230Kg或1t.。需要贮存在阴凉干燥处，避免受热及阳光直射；树脂不能与固化剂等酸性物质直接混合，否则会引起剧烈反应。
