Polymer mortar is a mixture of cement, aggregate and organic polymer that can be dispersed in water. The polymer may be a homopolymer polymerized from one monomer or a copolymer obtained by polymerizing two or more monomeres. The polymer must be film-coated under the environmental conditions to cover the cement particles and form a strong bond between the cement body and the aggregate. The polymer network must have the ability to prevent the occurrence of microcracks and prevent crack propagation.

Ingredient:

1. Cementitious materials: cement, gypsum, etc.

2. polymer: can be dispersed in latex powder: acrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, styrene-acrylate, etc.

3.admixtures: water retention, drowning, thickening, thixotropic, deflation, defoaming, early coagulation, retardation, etc.

4. Specific gravity: 1600~2000kg/m3
