The domestic market demand for original tires rigid and replacement tires are still strong, which brings opportunities for the development of the rubber industry. 　　Since its inception in 2005, under the leadership of Comrade Cai Jianguo, chairman of the company, we have been actively involved in social welfare undertakings, repaying the society through practical actions. We have recruited some disabilities to work at the plant, so that they will feel more confident about their future life and pensions, and establish a correct outlook on life and values, thus providing benefits for the society, relieving government’s pressure, and promoting the advantages of the society. The roads are spacious and flat, the communication facilities are complete, the food and accommodations are convenient and safe, with good sanitary conditions, which are suitable for disabilities to work and live. At the same time, we purchase regularly the pension insurance for the disabilities. From 2007 to 2013, the company was named the county level “disabilities poverty alleviation” unit; in 2008, it was named advanced collective of assisting and supporting disabilities by the Commission for the Disabled in Zibo.

　　Faced with the grim economic situation and fierce market competitions, our company emphasizes strengthening technological innovation, while constantly increasing R&D investments and accelerating the enterprise-university-research cooperation, having fostered a number of key products with market competitiveness. Every year, the company invests heavily in research and development, and the costs are maintained more than 3% of the sales revenue; in 2011, in cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, the company established the “rubber accelerator pilot base” and obtained multiple titles such as “first prize for independent innovation” for SMEs in Shandong Province and provincial annual “Productivity Promotion Award”; they have established the “rubber accelerators engineering technology research center”, “Enterprise Technology Center”, “Rubber chemicals Clean Production Engineering Research Center in Zibo”, provincial “one-enterprise one-technology innovation enterprise”, and vice president unit of the SME Association of Shandong Province. In 2012, the company won the title of Star Enterprise of Chinese Patent in Shandong. 　　In May 2013, in cooperation with Shandong University, the company built the “Shandong University Gaohui Fine Chemical Research Institute”. In June 2013, the company passed the examination on clean production conducted by Shandong Province; in July, the company passed the examination on safe production standardization in Shandong Province. The company was identified as “municipal top-500 innovation-based development enterprise”, and the company established the “rubber chemicals industry technology innovation strategic alliance”. In the same year, the company won the “Shandong Technology Market Golden Bridge Award”, the third prize of “Zibo Patent Award”, and the second prize of “Zibo Science and Technology Spark Award”; the vulcanization accelerator M and DM were identified as “Shandong Famous Brand”, which have comprehensively enhanced the company's technological innovation capability and competitiveness of products.

　　The current mature method for preparing rubber accelerators has many problems such as heavy oxidant toxicity, “three wastes” pollutions, wastewater that is hard to dispose, and complex process. Technological innovation is the key to success for rubber chemicals enterprises. The company actively optimizes the industrial structure, increases investments in technology research, having worked out a set of rubber accelerator M clean production technologies with less equipment investment and better “three wastes” treatment effect than the existing processes, through a great deal of experiments. It has completed four scientific and technological research results, including “rubber sulfurization accelerator DM synthetic process integration innovation research”, “rubber sulfurization accelerator M synthetic process integration innovation research and the industrialization”, “research of the new technology for green synthesis sulfurization accelerator CZ”, “rubber chemicals wastewater treatment engineering new technology research”. The company’s relevant researchers have applied for 24 technology patents for the technologies related to the project. The company now has independent property rights for the cleaner production of rubber accelerator M, using green technologies to actively transform traditional industries, which has not only injected vigor for the development of the enterprise, but also meet the requirements of the sustainable development of China's rubber industry, and has great significance for enhancing the efforts in adjusting the structure of rubber chemicals and achieve clean production to meet the needs of the green chemical industry.

　　The company now has an annual output of 12,000 tons of accelerator M, and 6,000 tons of accelerator DM; the products are sold in more than 20 provinces, cities and exported to America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Facing the tense situation of resource elements, Gaohui Chemical plans to extend and strengthen the scale operation this year.
