KYN61-40.5 withdrawable metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear is equipped with withdrawable vacuum circuit breaker ZN85-40.5 or sulphur hexafluoride breaker SF1（2）type and VD4-40.5 series, applicable to 40.5kV of three phase current 50Hz electrical power system, such as service power for power station, power service and distribution, power distribution for industry and mining enterprises and other situations; it has control, protection, monitoring and other functions for circuits.

This switch cabinet conforms to GB3906-2006 3.6-40.5kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control gear, IEC62271-200 AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control gear with rated voltage 1kV above but below 52kV.

Features of main structure:

1. The switch cabinet adopts compound insulation, while the busbar adopts insulation means of hot shrinkage insulating materials and epoxy coating. It optimizes the shape of electrode, makes cabinet body with compact structure and shrink the floor area, and the busbar connector uses insulation bush made from flame resistant materials;

2. Main bus bar is in sections and use busbar casing separates the adjacent cabinet, which can effectively prevent accidents from spreading while have ancillary support function to the main bus bar;

3. The cabinet body adopts package assembly, which is made through connection by high-strength bolt and rivet nut after cold machining of flexible line for AI-Zn-plated steel sheet, while the panel adopts spray process to improve the appearance quality and assembly accuracy of product;

4. Each function chamber of switchgear is isolated by metal partition and equipped with independent pressure relief access;

5. Realize closing operation. The breaker, earthing switch and other items within switch cabinet is in normal operation, and operates under condition of closing high-voltage isolating door;

6. The handcart of breaker has new type of all-insulation vacuum circuit breaker or sulfur hexafluoride breaker;

7. The "five protection" interlocking device is safe and reliable;

8. The good car and cabinet sliding type of grounding device keep the safety of person and equipment; it has metal valve before cover contact, which realizes switching and locking after being in place as the car gets in and out; adopt screw rod mechanism for the car getting in and out, easy to operate,handy and flexible;
