DWZ series external rotor axial flow fan is a new type of axial flow fan we develop and enjoys proprietary intellectual property rights. Its features are the motor is an external rotor electric machine with the blades and mesh enclosure directly fixed on the motor; the motor has a compact structure and is easy to install. Fan blade design and installation are in line with the principle of dynamics, achieves high efficient and low noise. Axial flow fan as shown in figure 1 is composed of the eternal rotor motor, blades, mesh enclosure and fairing.

1. The protection grade of the external rotor motor is IP44 and the insulation grade is F. The rotor made of die-cast aluminum alloy is compact in structure, easy to install and beautiful in appearance. 2. The impeller blade 4.0-6.3# are made of high-quality aluminum alloy and 7.1-8.0# are made of die-cast aluminum alloy. The impeller blades are designed in line with the aerodynamic principle and are directly fixed on the rotor. The balance accuracy grade is G5.6. 3. The fairing is made of cold-roll steel sheets (can be provided by users). The fairing can improve the efficiency of the fan. 4. The mesh enclosure is welded with steel wire and directly fixed on the motor. It can protect the fan. 5. Paint and powder spraying treatment is made to the surface of the motor, blades, mesh enclosure and fairing, increasing the rust and corrosion resistance.

2. The fan noise is measured at the place 1 meter away from the air inlet on the air inlet axis according to the national standard.

3. Power, current and rotating speed of the motor are rated value.

4. Operating ambient temperature of this series of fans is: -30 ℃ ~ +60℃.
