G type screw pump

The G-type screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of rotary meshing volumetric. It uses non-toxic and odorless edible rubber and its working temperature can reach 120°C. Due to the special geometry of the component, there are formed separate sealed chambers.

The G-type screw pump medium uniformly pushes the flow in the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low and the volume remains unchanged. The pressure is stable so that the product does not vortex and stir. The output pressure of each pump is 0.6MPa-1.2MPa; head 60m-120m (clean water), self-priming height is generally more than 3m. Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, the G-type screw pump has the characteristics that the high viscosity can reach 80% of the fluid and the medium containing the hard suspended particles or the fiber medium can be transported. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed, and is widely used in food and metallurgy, paper making, printing and dyeing, chemical, chemical fertilizer and other industrial sectors. A high-speed motor, V-belt, gearbox and other devices, can change the transmission directly driven by the coupling or the speed.
