Summary of product

QFFJ-0.66 all-directional anti-electricity stealingcost-controlmetering protection device is applicable to AC 50Hz, 0.66kV three-phase power system forcost-control metering. System is divided into electrical control andswitch control. Switch control has low voltage vacuum load switch andothers,electrical control consists of multi-functional meter andlow voltage control circuitandanti-theft control circuit. It has features such as small size, convenient installation, high metering precision, anti-electricity stealing, good cost-control effect and load control.

1. The product consists of active partactive part, anti-theft rear cover,low voltagevacuumload switch and currenttransformer in active partactive part, andmeter and control circuitand others. Anti-theft rear cover is used for covering secondaryoutgoing lineof transformer to protect secondaryoutgoing lineand has the role of preventing stealing secondary wire.Anti-theft rear cover is connected with active partactive partwith spring bolt, which only can be opened from the front. Rear plate of meter box is movable, to facilitate installation and maintenance. Cost-controlmeter, switch control circuit andanti-theftcontrol circuit are installed in active part. It has features such as rainproof andanti-theft. It can realize functions such as remote control and metering under the cooperation of load control.

2. The product is equipped with smartanti-electricity stealingmodule and can realize anti-electricity stealing under state of powering on and powering off.If meter box is opened without permission, the system will be automatically powered off and cannot be restored;it cannot be powered on until relative department handles.

3. The product has features of compact structure, convenient installation, simple structure design and convenient construction, which facilitates popularizing cost-controlmetering box among users.

conditions of use

1. Installation place: outdoor

2.Ambient temperature -20℃ to +50℃

3. Insulation test shall be made before product installation, the power frequency withstand voltage is 90% offactory power frequency test voltage.

4. Check whether bolt to be loosened or porcelain sleeve to be damaged caused during transportation process or not.

5. Verify accuracy of watt hour meter andinstrument transformer.

6. Install lightning arrester at the place close to power metering boxP1 end .Avoid overvoltage.

Installation description

During installation, firstly take down Rear plugboard (rear box plate), make active part fixed on transformer, both sides of handle andtransformer lifting ring are connected with upper fixed connecting rod.Connect the incoming lines of phase A, B and C. Put rear plugboard back, install anti-theft rear cover, and close anti-theft plug pin. Install meter and make it wired.
