UV photoelectric integration

Under the bombardment of high-energy electrons which generated by high-voltage discharge, pollutant molecules, water molecules, and oxygen molecules in the exhaust gas were transformed into small molecular substances. The direct bombardment of high-energy electrons played more than 99% of the entire process of

the plasma reaction; the side reactions are high-energy active groups such as new ecological oxygen, ozone and hydroxyl groups, after a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, it is oxidized to completely decompose and crack, and finally converted into harmless substances such as CO2, H2O, N2, and this process

accounts for about 1% in the entire reaction process.

This technology is a combination of low-temperature plasma technology and UV photoelectric technology. In this device, the low-temperature plasma oxidation reactor is a square integrated device. The reaction tube, power supply, discharge plate, and control system are all assembled in the integrated device housing. The rear end of the plasma discharge area closely follows the photocatalyst, which is mainly composed of a mercury gas lamp and a ballast power supply.

Gas pollutants can be directly decomposed by direct UV photolysis. High-energy activated groups such as ozone, atomic oxygen, or HO * generated by UV undergo catalytic oxidation on the catalytic oxidation plate so that most of the exhaust gas eventually generates carbon dioxide and water.
