ZQ series slurry pump is a single-stage, vertical and centrifugal submersible slurry pump. It is a newly designed submersible slurry pump of our company. The ZQ type submersible slurry pump is a hydraulic machine in which the motor and the water pump are coaxially integrated into the medium. The equipment has advanced structure, wide over-flow passage and strong sewage discharge capacity; excellent material selection and strong corrosion resistance. It is suitable for transporting liquids containing solid particles such as sand, cinder and tailings.

The main purpose
This series of pumps are widely used in the transportation of ash, mortar and sediment in metallurgy, mining, steel plants and thermal power plants.
Conditions of Use
1. The power supply is 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply.
2. The temperature of the medium should not be higher than 40 °C, and the medium does not contain flammable and explosive gases.
3. The mass concentration of the solid particles in the medium is 30%, and the density of the large medium is 1.2 kg/L.
4. The depth of the unit's large diving is generally not more than 20 meters, and the depth of the small diving is subject to the submerged motor.
5. The pH of the medium is 6-9.
Structure description
ZQ series submersible slurry pump is designed and manufactured by absorbing foreign advanced technology. The use of high-tech wear-resistant materials greatly increases the life of the equipment and reduces the frequency of maintenance. In addition to the main impeller, the pump adds a set of agitating impeller at the bottom to spray the sedimented sludge, so that the pump can achieve high concentration without auxiliary equipment. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil, so that the pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal is balanced, which ensures the reliability of the mechanical seal and greatly prolongs its service life. If necessary, the motor adopts various protection measures such as overheat protection, water inlet detection and protection, and can operate safely for a long time under severe working conditions. At the same time, according to the user's requirements, the motor anti-condensation protection, bearing temperature protection and other protective measures can be added to meet the user's use in different occasions.
Structural features
1. The whole machine is a pump type structure of dry motor. The motor is mechanically sealed to prevent high pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
