The ZSQ type light slag separator is used in the waste paper pulping process of the pulp and paper industry.
The machine adopts the way of rising flow into the slurry, using the high-speed rotation of the rotor to produce a powerful eddy in the shell. The light impurities are gathered in the center of the eddy current and discharged from the center of the shell; the fiber bundle and the paste are further dissolved between the bottom of the rotor and the sieve plate, and the good pulp is discharged through the sieve plate by the good slurry pipe; the heavy impurities are deposited into the sieve. In the sediment ditch outside the plate, it is regularly discharged through the sediment tank.
