Remarks: Within 3 days after the signing of the contract between Party A and Party B, Party A shall pay 60% of the total contract price as equipment advance payment. Party B shall arrange production after receiving the advance payment from Party A, complete the production of the equipment after 20 working days, and notify Party A to pay 30% of the total price of the contract. After receiving the 30% payment, Party B shall arrange the delivery within 3 days and transport the equipment to the delivery place designated by Party A. After the equipment is delivered to the designated receiving place of Party A, after Party B performs equipment debugging, Party A shall pay 10% of the total price of the contract and begin to enjoy the one-year warranty period provided by the company.
