Vertical header corn combine harvester
The machine is mainly composed of three working bodies: briquetting baler, grass conveying device and grass collecting box.
1) Full hydraulic packing mechanism:
The single bag is adjustable in weight and the packing pressure is adjustable (maximum working pressure is 22 MPa). When the silage is placed, the plastic bag is sealed to ensure the silage effect, and the outer woven bag is used to protect the handling process. Hay packs only woven bags when packaged.
2) Weeding device:
Compared with the ordinary conveying device, the first one is a patented spray dusting device, which can add fermenting bacteria and trace elements to the packaged grass, which is beneficial to the fermentation of the bales; secondly, the grass is loaded with the grass. The wheel can evenly distribute the grass accumulated in the lower part of the conveyor belt, so that the baler can be evenly distributed into the grass to ensure smooth operation.
3) Set grass box:
At the grass end of the grass-fed device, there is a grass collecting box, and the grass box has a twisted dragon, and the grass to be packaged can be put into the grass collecting box and uniformly conveyed to the lower part of the grass belt under the stirring of the auger. Form an automatic loading system.
