Flue gas denitration (De-NOxDenitration), removal of nitrogen oxides from combustion flue gas. The principle of flue gas denitration is to oxidize NO to NO2 by oxidizing agent, and NO2 is then absorbed by water or alkaline solution to achieve denitration. It mainly includes acid absorption, alkali absorption, selective catalytic reduction, non-selective catalytic reduction, adsorption, ionic activation and so on. Because more than 90% of the NO in the flue gas discharged from the combustion system is NO, and NO is difficult to dissolve in water, the wet treatment of NO can not be carried out by simple washing method. The HNO3 liquid produced by this method needs to be concentrated and O3 needs high voltage to produce. The initial investment and operation cost are high. This method can be combined with wet desulfurization technology using NaOH as desulfurization agent, and the reaction product Na2SO3 can be used as reducing agent of NO2.
