High temperature condensate recovery equipment is the key equipment for closed condensate recovery systems. The device combines the jet pump and the centrifugal pump, and utilizes the boosting principle of the jet pump to solve the cavitation problem of the centrifugal pump when pumping high temperature saturated condensate. In this paper, the difference between the injection principle of the recovery device and the injection principle of the simple injection pump is theoretically analyzed. Some basic concepts of the injection equation derivation under the condition of the recovery device are proposed. Based on this, the recovery device is deduced. The basic equation of the jet and the cavitation equation are used to establish the efficiency equation, characteristic equation and performance equation under the condition of the recovery device. At the same time, based on the laboratory test, the correctness of the derived basic equations, cavitation equations and performance equations is verified, and the relationship between the performance equations and the parameters of the variable operating conditions is pointed out. Finally, the conclusions of this paper are drawn.
High-temperature condensate recovery equipment It can be used in steam indirect heating systems such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, textile, food, printing and dyeing, steam heating to recover steam condensate. It can directly input high-temperature condensed water (110～140°C) into the boiler, which has the advantages of high comprehensive benefit, stable and reliable, high degree of automation, and energy saving effect up to 25%. The device is equipped with a liquid-liquid injection pressurization circuit, which technically solves the cavitation problem of pumping saturated hot water by the centrifugal pump. The recovery pump runs automatically, enabling unattended operation.
