vcmha-18b Activator is a replacement product of VCHA-18 activator used in the process of gasoline without lye deodorization. It has multifunctional active components and has antioxidant properties, corrosion resistance and catalytic reactivity. The product has good oil solubility, which can improve the efficiency of the desulfurization alcohol and clean the catalyst bed to prolong its service life.
Second, the use of methods and dosage:
This product is suitable for gasoline (kerosene) without lye fixed bed desulfurization alcohol process. It can be directly used metering pump into the raw materials (can also be diluted with petrol pump into the raw materials), and fully mixed with the air into a fixed-bed reactor containing catalysts to achieve deodorization process. Its addition quantity is 50~200ppm.
Third, packaging, transportation, storage:
1, the product uses the galvanized iron drum packing, each barrel net content 180kg.
2, the product factory should be accompanied by the use of instructions and certificates.
3, the product for the chemical flammable products, storage and transport process should not be with acid, alkali or other corrosive substances to contact, to stay away from the fire, to avoid light in the cool ventilation, loading and unloading should be handled with care.
