This product is mainly used for anti-oxidation coating of magnesia-carbon brick, aluminum-carbon brick, bar, water mouth, slide plate, electrode and so on.
Apply anti-oxidation coating on one surface of 50x50x50mm magnesium-carbon brick block for refining ladle, other surfaces are not coated. Then the sample was placed in the resistance furnace and the oxidation test was carried out at 1000 ℃ for 3 hours. After oxidation, the oxidized sample is cut from the middle and the thickness of the oxide layer is measured. The oxidation results are as follows: the oxidation layer depth of the uncoated magnesia-carbon brick surface is 3.97 mm, and the oxide layer is loose and has no strength; A layer of glaze is formed on the surface of magnesia-carbon brick coated with anti-oxidation coating, which is not oxidized, that is, the thin side of the oxide layer does not come out.
On half of the two magnesia-carbon samples (sample size 25x25x125), an anti-oxidation coating was applied, the thickness of the coating was about 0.2-0.5mm, and then the oxidation test was carried out. The sample was carried out in a molybdenum silicide resistance furnace.
