Overview: ZN85-40.5 of indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is the main switchgear in power transmission and distribution equipments. It applies to the system with three-phase AC frequency 50Hz and 40.5kV of rated voltage. In power transmission system, it has control and protection effects. In particular, it is suitable for electric arc furnace transformer, capacitor bank and other places with frequent operation.
Such breaker adopts integration and modular design, and the entire structure is simple and proper. It is arranged from up and down. Arc extinguish chamber is on the top while interlock and operating parts are on the bottom. It uses specialized spring operating mechanism, no need of adjustment, and the action is stable and reliable. The vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber of three-phase conducting loop is arranged in enclosed insulating cylinder. Its insulating cylinder is made from epoxy resin materials with reliable electromechanical properties by means of mature vacuum pouring process technique. So it not only remarkably improves the insulation property between phases but also make every loop be free of influence of outside severe environment, so that prevents dust and foreign matters from entering main loop parts.
