Oil-immersed pressure regulator Oil-immersed self-cooling induction regulator Use: The inductive regulator can steplessly, smoothly and continuously adjust the output voltage under load. It is mainly used for motor electrical test, electric furnace temperature control, rectifier equipment matching, generator excitation, etc. Oil-immersed voltage regulators are widely used in machinery manufacturing, chemical, textile, communications, military and other industries.
Features of oil-immersed regulator:
1. Non-contact adjustment, long service life;
2. Suitable for loads of various properties;
3. Strong overload capacity;
The oil-immersed pressure regulator operates reliably and is easy to use and maintain. The working principle and structure of the inductive voltage regulator 相似 is similar to that of an asynchronous motor with a locked rotor, and the energy conversion relationship is similar to that of an autotransformer. By means of a transmission mechanism such as a hand wheel or a servo motor, an angular displacement is generated between the stator and the rotor, thereby changing the phase and amplitude relationship between the stator winding and the rotor winding induced electromotive force to achieve the purpose of adjusting the output voltage. There are two types of induction voltage regulators: three-phase and single-phase.
If the oil-immersed voltage regulator changes the rotor position, that is, changes the angle α, the secondary side output voltage U2 can be smoothly adjusted. The output voltage value and the minimum value are single-phase inductive voltage regulators. The structure and voltage regulation are similar to three-phase inductive voltage regulators, but the stator and rotor are single-phase windings. Since the inductive regulator has no sliding contacts, it operates reliably. However, it only rotates an angle during the pressure adjustment process, and does not rotate continuously, so the heat dissipation conditions are poor. The smaller capacity can be cooled by air, and the larger capacity needs oil. The weight, excitation current and losses of the inductive voltage regulator are all larger than the autotransformer.
