Features:
Based on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, this product is composite enhanced solving the shortcomings of low pressure, easy to creep deformation (increasing the thickness through creep without length increase been heated) of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, fully showing the advantages of various materials, with three layers.
Inner layer is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, retaining all the features: wear and corrosion resistance, small friction coefficient, no adhesion, no fouling, small thermal conductivity and others.
The middle layer is steel wire spiral, as a voltage level, raising the pipe's pressure rating middle high pressure (delivery pressure up to 6MPa).
Outer is PVC alloy material, as a protective layer with excellent impact resistance and aging resistance.
The weight is only one-sixth of steel in the same size, greatly reducing transportation and installation costs.
