PVC is brittle and has poor thermal stability and is not easy to process. It cannot be used directly. It must be modified and mixed, and related additives are added. PVC is generally first modified and pelletized. After being prepared into particles, it is more fully plasticized and easier to process, especially for injection molded products. Strictly speaking, PVC products with special requirements and modified PVC formulations are tailor-made according to customer requirements. The formulation design and manufacturing of domestic PVC modified materials have reached the international advanced level, and many products have been exported abroad, and many companies with independent intellectual property rights have appeared; there is also the copolymerization and derivation during the production of PVC particles. The varieties include polyvinyl chloride blends and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride.
