■ Performance
Brief:
Anhydrous
hydrogen fluoride in the colorless transparent liquid is a low temperature
flowable, highly volatile in contact with moist air will generate a thick smoke
and irritating odor at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Corrosion of
metal materials have some non-flammable effects.
■ Usage:
Mainly for
the production of fluorine refrigerant, aluminum fluoride and cryolite
secondary fluorides, fluorine is the only preparation of raw materials, and
industrial production of organic fluorine rubber fluoride important raw
material in the production of high-octane gasoline As a catalyst. It is also
used as a glass etchant and metal cleaner. It is also a solvent that separates
rare metals such as zirconium and tantalum.
■ Packaging, storage and transportation:
Anhydrous
hydrogen fluoride is packaged in a clean, dry, dedicated tank or cylinder.
Liquid packaging container having a gas export, filling coefficient 0.83KG / L,
cylinders coated with a gray and black paint, and a helmet with a shock and
apron.
Each batch
of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride should be accompanied by a product
certification, including: the manufacturer name, product name, batch number,
standard number and inspector code.
Cylinders
shipped, should be consistent with "gas cylinder safety supervision
regulations" and "dangerous goods transport rules" requirements.
Cylinder
should be marked on the manufacturer name, product name, date of production,
level, lot number and net weight.
Anhydrous
hydrogen fluoride cylinders should be stored in shed with a warehouse, no
exposure, non-flammable and easy to be exposed.
