The product is used for cost-control metering control in AC 50Hz, 35kV three-phase power system. Protection type has microcomputer integrated protection functionand has load control andanti-theft function. It can cooperate with 35kv fuse to replace 35kv breaker and directly provide overcurrent,short circuit and overvoltage protection for main transformer and normal load breaking andelectric energy cost-control metering, it also can cooperatewith transformer to become simplified box type substation metering station.

I. Cost-control metering type:the product consists of outdoor oil-immersed multi-functional combined high voltagemetering box, vacuum isolating switchand anti-electricity stealing control boxand others. Multi-functional combined transformerconsists of two voltagetransformers and two current transformers and adopts V-Vconnection. Voltagetransformer is equipped with 220V power supply andcurrent voltagetransformeris equipped with metering coil.
II. Protection type cost-control metering type: the productconsists of outdoor oil-immersed multi-functional combined high voltage metering box, vacuum isolating switch and electric control box. Multi-functional combined power metering box consists of two voltagetransformers and three current transformers, wherein, two voltagetransformers adopt V/V connection and are connected tophase A, B and C; the coreadopts high quality silicon steel plate through rolling, this eliminates joint loss and has unique good anti-resonance performance. Two voltagetransformers respectively have metering winding and protection winding, wherein, one voltagetransformer also adds one more secondarywinding, to output 220V or 110 V operation power needed by user. Primary winding of three current transformers are respectively connected tophase A, B and C, the secondary winding is equipped with metering and protection windings; metering winding has tapping and can get different current change; protection winding can provide circuit overcurrent or short circuit signal to realize motorized opening and closing and reclosing of vacuum load switch.
III. Switch and others
1. Vacuum load switch adopts motorized spring stored energy mechanism for opening and closingcontrol, whichhas obvious open contacts of disconnnectorand facilitates safe maintenance (with manual auxiliary switch). Multi-functional meter and switch control circuit are set in electric control box and can effectively realize cost-control metering..
2. Based on the device, load control computer management also can be added. Multi-functional meter, switch control circuit andremote terminal and others are set in meter box to effectively realize remote control and remote metering and cost-control metering.
3. The product is equipped with patent product power measurement (Patent numberzl2011 2 0033180.5) independently developed by the company, adopts 24-hour “guard dog” management for meter part. If meter box is opened without permission, the system will be automatically powered off and cannot be restored, it cannot be powered on until relative management department handles.
4. The product can realize metering, measuring, overcurrent, short circuit, differential and other protections at the same time.
5. The product has features of compact structure, light weight, reasonable structure, convenient installation and convenient construction.

Conditions of use
Unless otherwise specified, electric energy management smart device shall conform to following conditions of use:
1. Ambient air temperature:Max:+40℃; maximum average daily is +30℃;minimum: -30℃
2. Altitude is not more than 1000m.
3. The atmosphere has no dirt and erosive and explosive media seriously affecting insulation property of device.
4. Installation place: outdoor
Maintenance
1. The equipment is dry type maintenance-free product. Regularly check whether it to be damaged or not.
2. If the product has not been used for long time, make it packed and stored at warehouse. Warehouse temperature shall be +25℃ to -20℃, with good ventilation, without corrosive medium. Package shall be higher than ground by more than 100mm.
3. Product cannot be opened without permission, to avoid damaging vacuum insulation.
Check before use
1. Insulation test shall be made before product installation. The power frequency withstand voltage is 90% of factory power frequency test voltage.
2. Check whether bolt to be loosened or porcelain sleeve to be damaged caused during transportation process.
3. Verify accuracy of watt hour meter andinstrument transformer.
4. Install lightning arrester at the place close to terminal P1 of power metering box, to avoid overvoltage.
5. Check whether accessories to be complete or not.
