ZGP series vacuum harrow dryer is based on the volatile nature of the moisture in the material under vacuum. It is indirectly heated with a steam or hot water jacket and exhausted under high vacuum. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive materials at high temperatures. Drying operations that must easily recover materials that are susceptible to oxides or powders during drying and steam that is emitted during drying. The moisture content of the vacuum rake dryer can reach up to 70%, and the moisture content of the material after drying is only 1% -0.5%. The dried material can be slurry, paste, granular, powder, fiber, etc. This series of dryers have high efficiency and easy operation, and are especially suitable for the drying of explosive, oxidizable and camp-like materials. After drying, the materials can be packed without crushing.
