1. Carefully check whether the belt of the dead quilt machine is loose or slipping. If such a problem occurs, it must be adjusted in time.
2. Check whether the friction plate of the motor clutch head of the buckle quilt machine is strictly worn, check whether the clutch action is normal, the clutch stroke is not within the normal range, and when adjusting, replace the return spring and friction plate. There is a trip to adjust the clutch.
3. Carefully check whether there are dust and dead spots in the dead quilt machine. Remove the belt, turn the upper wheel and the lower hour wheel firmly, and check whether the head and the bottom plate are rotating smoothly or not, and whether there is a dead point. There should be dead spots when the machine rotates, carefully identify the parts where the dead spots exist, and then eliminate them. During the adjustment, replace the deformed parts, re-adjust the positioning of the loose parts, and remove and clean the foreign parts, and then add oil and lubrication.
