Polyfluoroethylene propylene resin (DS602)
Polyperfluoroethylene propylene resin (FEP) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It has good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing methods .
Executive standard: Q / 0321DYS 003-2013
The main purpose:
High molecular weight low melt index resin, heat-resistant stress cracking molding compound, used in situations where stress cracking resistance is not required and processing speed is not high or moderate, mainly used for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valves, pipelines Lining, wire insulation.
Avoid processing at temperatures above 420 ℃ to prevent decomposition and generation of toxic gases.
Packaging, transportation and storage:
1. Packed in two layers of plastic inner bags, each bag has a net weight of 25kg, and each bag is accompanied by a certificate of conformity.
2. It should be stored in a clean, dry, cool and dark environment to prevent impurities from entering.
3. Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, transported as non-dangerous goods.
