I. Description
Rotary kiln is the equipment that calcines high-quality cement, featuring easy production, few quick-wear parts and high running rate, which has been widely applied to metallurgy, chemical and building material industries. Our rotary kilns are also characterized by solid structure, stable operation and high product quality.

III. Technical Requirements
1. The dimension paralleled with the kiln axis in the graph is the design dimension at room temperature, which should be modernized according to the actual measuring dimension. The dimension in the bracket is the theoretical expansion value.
2. The horizontal distance dimension in the graph is the theoretical value rounded and calculated when the wheel belt overlaps with the centre of the riding wheel, which is only for layout and should be modified according to actual dimension of the cylinder when installation.
3. Water consumption per bearing device is 2.3m/h.
4. The motor runs under rated load at 40 °C.
5. Except for the gear wheel and wheel belt, other parts are painted in neutral grey.
6. The total weight of equipment excludes that of the refractory bricks.
7. Thermal expansion should be considered when installing gear rings and pinion gear. 2mm over the pitch circle should be drawn to make the gear top clearance of 7.75mm-8.25mm.
8. Anchor bolt hole M16-24 should be reserved by 100*100mm and M36-42 by 120*120mm.
9. The shaft shoulder of riding wheel shaft should be in the lower of the rotary kiln and the order III cannot be upside down.
10. Because the original transmission system is in the lower of kiln and is dried by the cylinder sheet, the working environment of motor and reducer is higher. Insulation plate and other measures should be considered when use.
11. The oil pool dimension can be seen on the transmission gear cover as the foundation.
