It is mainly used to transport liquid ammonia, ammonia, methanol, dimethylammonium, propylene oxide, crude benzene, and ethylene oxide. Volatile liquids with similar properties, such as alkane, methyl chloride, isobutylene, and butadiene, are widely used in gas, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and other fields. The pump seals and slides are made of special foreign formulas, and they are wear-resistant. The toughness and strength of the pump casing are very high. The material of the pump casing is a high-density erosion-resistant alloy cast iron, which has a high degree of smoothness after processing, thereby ensuring that the ammonia liquid does not leak. The pump is characterized by good sealing performance, high pressure and stability.

Third, the working principle:
This type of pump is a positive displacement vane pump. The work depends on the centrifugal sliding of the vanes. The flow rate is related to the rotation speed of the shaft. The inner surface of the stator is made of a domestic compound curve, and the stator and the rotor, baffle, and vane form ten sealed chambers. The stator surface is a compound curve. When the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, and a negative pressure is generated to generate a suction force, thereby drawing in the ammonia liquid. When the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume is gradually reduced and the ammonia is hydraulically pulled out. There is an oil block between the oil suction chamber and the pressure oil chamber to separate the oil chamber from the pressure oil chamber. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to fit tightly into the stator and allow the pump to work properly under rated conditions.
