This type of pump is a positive displacement vane pump. The work depends on the centrifugal sliding of the vanes. The flow rate is related to the rotation speed of the shaft. The inner surface of the stator is made of a domestic compound curve, and the stator and the rotor, baffle, and vane form ten sealed chambers. The stator surface is a composite curve. When the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet cavity gradually increases, and a negative pressure is generated to generate suction, so that the oil is sucked in. When the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume section gradually decreases, and the oil is hydraulically discharged. An oil block between the suction chamber and the pressure chamber separates the suction chamber from the pressure chamber. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to closely fit the inner curved surface of the stator so that the pump can work normally under rated conditions.
