●The hl-elastomeric plunger coupling has been listed as the national standard gb5014-85 and is applicable to the transmission shafts with two identical axes connected by various machines. It is usually used for high and low speed motions with frequent movement.Working temperature is 20 ~ + 80 ℃;Transfer nominal torque is 40 ~ 20000n.m.
●Low elastic dowel pin shaft coupling with bigger has simple and reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, bilateral symmetry, interchangeable, long life, allows larger axial channeling, buffer, shock absorption, wear-resisting performance, etc.
●The shaft hole types are cylindrical (Y), conical (Z) and short cylindrical (J).Shaft holes and key slot shall be processed in accordance with the state standard gb3852-83 "form and size of shaft column and key slot of coupling".Half coupling with precision casting, cast iron HT20-40, cast steel ZG35 Ⅱ, axle hole and the key slot USES the drawing forming, dowel pin with MC nylon.
