Autoclaved aerated concrete slab
Autoclaved aerated concrete slab uses silica sand (fly ash), cement and lime as the main raw material. It enhances by rebar with rust prevention, and then becomes aerated concrete product with high temperature, high pressure and steam curing. Its performance of sound insulation and absorption are both excellent. It also has other good performances, such as fire resistance, fire protection, sound insulation, heat insulation and thermal insulation, etc. The proportion of light weight is 0.5, which is the 1/4 of ordinary concrete, thus greatly reduces the self-weight of the wall and the building base cost. The products include exterior wall board, interior wall board, floor board and roof panel.

Characteristics
Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete plate (ALC board, also known as AAC) can length processing after actual measurement and it is the prefabrication for the factory with high precision, planning, sawing and drilling. Adopt dry operation with easy installation and process, which greatly shortens the working period and improves the efficiency and the quality of construction.
ALC panel is enhanced by a double, two-way antirust rebar, and the single point can bear 120 kg. Then it experiences high temperature, high pressure and steam curing. Its shrinkage is small in the inorganic materials and can be prevented from cracking with special polymer adhesive sealing.
Sand aerated panel
The main materials are silica sand, which has better production control, precise process, stable performance and precise product size. After the installation of the panel, the surface of the panel is flat and flawless, so the dry method can be directly embedded, which can shorten the working period without plasterer.
