PE gas pipe test and acceptance
1. The test and acceptance of polyethylene gas pipes are in accordance with the provisions of Section VII of Chapter 7 of the current industry standard “Code for the Code and Acceptance of Urban Gas Transmission and Distribution Engineering and Acceptance” (CJJ33-89).
2. The PE pipe manufacturer chooses to install the polyethylene gas pipeline system. After the visual inspection is passed, the whole system should be partially purged. After the purge is passed, the strength test and the air tightness test can be carried out. If the detergent or soap liquid is leaked during the strength test, the soapy water after the leak detection detergent should be flushed with water after the test is completed.
3. Compressed air should be used for purging and acceptance medium, and its temperature should not exceed 40℃.
4. A separator or filter should be installed at the outlet end of the compressor to prevent harmful substances from entering the polyethylene gas pipeline.

PE gas pipe installation precautions

2. Do not disassemble the gas pipeline (including the pipeline fixing hook or pipe clamp) and the water heater. It should be installed by the professional technicians of the relevant gas company to ensure safety.
3. Remember not to seal the gas pipe, especially the main valve of the entire building and the gas meter in each user's home. If you need to decorate it, you can make a door cabinet or leave a ventilation hole. Leave enough space for maintenance and security inspection.
