In the production process of shale oil, semi-coke, coke, calcium carbide, and ferroalloy refining enterprises, a large volume of low-calorific value industrial exhaust will be produced. The components of these combustible gases are mainly hydrogen and carbon monoxide, featured by complicated components, contain impurities, unstable components, large toxicity, inflammable and explosive, and most of the exhaust are burned and discharged. For such cases, the company developed a high-power syngas generator based on the gas internal combustion engine, targeted for coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, semi-coke gas, oil shale gas, calcium carbide gas, and iron alloy gas, etc., the power range of 300kW to1200kW. Utilization of combustible industrial exhaust gas turning waste into treasure, solve the emissions pollution and save power resources.

Technical Features

Gas requirement

Before operation, gas should be treated to remove dust, tar and sulfur, dehydration and cooled to meet the following requirements:

 Gas temperature, ≤40°C   Gas pressure 2.5 - 10kPa   Pressure change rate≤1 kPa/min

 Calorific value≥4.0MJ/Nm   Moisture content≤40g/Nm3, no free water   Impurity content≤30mg/Nm3

 Impurity size≤5 μ m   H2S≤50mg/Nm3   Total sulfur content≤ 100mg/Nm3   NH3≤20mg/Nm3

Technical Specification

Note: 1. The g300ZLD/M unit is suitable for syngas with hydrogen content of less than 10%.

2. Different types of syngas generator sets are distinguished by a letter plus M, such as semi-coke gas L,

coke oven gas J, oil shale tail gas Y, calcium carbide tail gas D, ferrochrome exhaust gas G, yellow

phosphorus tail gas H, etc., for example 8300D I MJ-2 for coke oven gas generator set.
