I. Overview
WYP-A mobile agricultural machinery safety testing line is Shandong Zibo Shida Motor Vehicle Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. based on "Safety Inspection of Tractors and Combine Harvesters and Methods" and "Technical Conditions for Safe Operation of Motor Vehicles" (GB 7258-2004) And other standards, the newly developed comprehensive detection system for agricultural machinery safety performance. The system is specially used for comprehensive inspection of agricultural machinery vehicles. The testing includes braking, axle load, lighting, smoke, noise, steering wheel, brake pedal force, and items that meet the requirements of the “Regulations for the Supervision of Agricultural Machinery”.
The brake tester adopts high-strength plate and reasonable reinforcement structure, which makes the brake plate with high strength, light weight, and convenient loading and unloading. It is suitable for vehicle-mounted mobile or fixed use. The test stand can fully capture the braking process, axle load and its change data in real time during braking detection, and calculate the braking rate and brake unbalance ratio.
Detection data such as light, smoke, noise, steering wheel, and brake pedal force are collected by the computer in real time. The notebook computer cooperates with the self-developed detection software to centralize data management, and the operation is simple. The transmission mode can be wireless transmission, and has the functions of data storage, inquiry, statistics, judgment, and report printing.
