The product is applied for the hydrogenation and refining of distillates in the petrochemical industry. XDJH-7 catalysts have excellent performances in olefin saturation, hydrogenation, desulfurization and denitrification and can work in stringent technical conditions. It can maintain long-term stable operation under low pressure and at high air speed. It is applicable for the hydrogenation and refining of distillates in the general petrochemical industry and particularly effective for the hydrogenation of high-sulfur coker gasoline and straight-run gasoline. It offers excellent performances in hydrogenation, desulfurization, denitrification and olefin saturation and can still maintain a desulfurization ratio between 99.5% and 99.6% without the need for temperature rise for a period of 2,000 hours. The entrance temperature is 25 degrees Celsius less than similar catalysts. It can also reduce the temperature at the entrance to the hydrogenation unit while maintaining a high desulfurization ratio, hence helping the client to reduce energy consumptions and costs.
