F-T synthesis is a process where the synthetic gases are transformed into hydrocarbons through catalytic reactions and mainly includes the reactions that generate alkane and alkene, the generation of oxygen-containing compounds and the reaction of water-gas shift (WGS). The reactants of F-T synthesis may be transformed from coals, natural gases or biomasses through the process of gasification or reforming. The hydrocarbons generated through F-T synthesis contain no sulfur, nitrogen and arene. Therefore, the liquid fuels (e.g. clean diesel oils) generated from F-T synthesis can satisfy the ever-stringent environment protection requirements. Meanwhile, the products of F-T synthesis may also be essential raw materials of low-carbon alkene and other modern chemical processes. Therefore, F-T synthesis is one essential step for indirect conversion of coals, natural gases, biomasses and other non-oil-based resources into high-grade liquid fuels and chemical raw materials. XDFT-01 catalyst can increase CO conversion ratio to 90% and the oil yield rate may reach 155g/Nm3 for each cubic meter of synthesis gases.
