Summary: High-density polyethylene shell prefabricated straight buried pipe is divided into three layers from inside to outside
The first layer: working steel pipe layer, according to the design and customer requirements, generally use seamless pipe (BG8163-2008) spiral welded pipe (GB9711.1-2001; SY/T5037-2000) and straight seam welded pipe (BG3092-93). After the surface of the steel pipe is treated by advanced shot blasting and descaling process, the rust removal grade of the steel pipe can reach Sa21-2 grade in GB8923-1988 standard, and the surface roughness can be GB6060.5-88 standard R=12.5 micron.
The second layer: a polyurethane insulation layer, which is formed by injecting a rigid polyurethane foam raw material into a cavity formed between the steel pipe and the outer sheath by a high-pressure foaming machine. That is commonly known as the "tube tube foaming process." The layer of protection is heat preservation, the second is waterproof, and the third is to support the weight of the heat network. When the temperature of the conveying medium is: -50°C-120°C, the rigid polyurethane foam is used as the insulation layer. When the temperature of the conveying medium is: -50°C-150°C, the rigid polyurethane is used. The foam is made of insulation.
The third layer: high-density polyethylene protective layer, pre-formed into a certain wall thickness of black (yellow) plastic pipe, after the corona process treatment. Its role is to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical hard objects, and the second is anti-corrosion and waterproof.
