PE-RT materials adopt the special molecular design and synthesis process of production, the unique molecular structure and the crystalline microstructure is obtained by controlling the amount and distribution of side chain, so that it still has excellent long-term high temperature hydrostatic strength without crosslinking, which is also known as "heat-resistant non-crosslinked polyethylene”.
PE-RT inherites the excellent creep resistance of polyethylene and the resistance to cold cracking performance, and at the same time abandons the disadvantages of the common polyethylene which can not bear high temperature, which is a breakthrough in the cold and hot water applications of the polyethylene material family.
PE-RT can be divided into PE-RT type I and PE-RT type II according to the different properties and application.
